Returns Policy for Photo Prints

At UAV360 Ltd, we take pride in producing high-quality photo prints and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy below for photo prints purchased through our website: www.uav360.co.uk.

1. Made to Order

All our photo prints are made to order, specifically for you. As such, they are exempt from standard returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at Cameron@uav360.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect print (wrong size, image, or finish), please notify us within 7 days. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

4. Colour and Crop Disclaimer

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen differences, and minor cropping may occur to fit standard print sizes. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Change of Mind

As prints are custom made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

6. Returns Process

If your return has been approved:

* Do not return any item without first contacting us.

* Pack the item securely to avoid further damage in transit.

* Include your order number and contact details.
